Online order made easy!
- If you want to buy a product, please select the quantity in the product details page
- For leave teas please pick to desired grammage – 100g, 250g or 500g (except for TeatasterSelection or Herbal Infusions; those are available in 50g or 100g)
- Then click on the button „Add to cart”
- The Quickbuy-Button, that allows you to add a product to your cart directly from the overview, works only for prepared items
- If you click on the cart symbol on the top right you can view your cart and remove items
- In your cart you can easily place your order with one step by clicking the button „Place order now“
- In the cart you can view your selected items, delete them and change the quantity
- Click on „Edit“ to change grammage or quantities in the product details page
- To save your changes click on „Update shopping cart”
- Here you can enter a promotional code, view the shipping costs and the total of your items
- Click on „Continue shopping“ to return to the shop
Click on „Checkout“ to view the final order form and buy your cart with „OneStepCheckout“
Finalise your order
„OneStepCheckout“ allows you to enter all your personal details and finish your order with one step. Simply fill in the form and finish by clicking on “Place order now”
1) Personal Details
- Existing account: log in with your email adress and password. After logging in and collecting enough T-Points you can redeem your bonus. Please check the box “Use my reward points”
- Without account: please enter your personal details.
If your billing address differs from your delivery address, please remove the check from the box “Ship to the same address” and enter your desired delivery address.
Your details can be saved for your next purchase, for this purpose please check the box “Create an account for later use”. This will create an account. Please note that you only collect and redeem reward points with an account.
If you order as a guest, your personal details will only be used to process your order and will not be saved.
2) & 3) Shipping and Payment
- Please pick a shipping method – you can choose DPD Package Service or the Austrian Mail Service.
- Please pick a payment method – you may use money order, credit card or PayPal. With payment through credit card or PayPal you will be forwarded to the payment provider through a encrypted network connection (SSL), after which you provide your details. For safety reasons DEMMERS TEEHAUS doesn’t save any credit card information. Please note that forwarding and checking of details might take a few seconds. Please do not close the window prematurely – this will interrupt the order process and your order will not be placed with us.

In this overview you will find selected items, quantities and the total amount.

After order placement
If your order has been placed correctly you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided during the order process that provides an overview of the ordered products and states your order number. In case you do not receive an order confirmation we did not receive your order correctly. In that case please contact email@example.com
You may view the status of your order in your account – the status “Processing” means that your order has been received and is being processed at the moment. The status “Pending” means that you chose prepayment and your order will be processed upon payment being registered in our account.
Delivery & Order tracking
Once your package has been left our warehouse you will receive a shipment confirmation with your individual package number. With this package number you can track your package and view the status of your shipment http://www.post.at (website of the Austrian Mail Service – Österreichische Post AG). If you do not receive this shipment confirmation please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will gladly inform you about the status of your shipment!
Delivery within Austria can be expected between 3 to 5 work days upon order, delivery within the European Union can take up to 7 to 10 work days and delivery outside of the EU can take up to 10 to 14 work days. Further information can be found in the General terms!
