Carrots Orange soup with pistachios and forest honey

Ingredients for the soup:

  • 1 kg of carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shot of white wine
  • Juice & Abrasion 1 BIO Orange
  • ½ tsp cloves, ground
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 500ml vegetable broth
  • 500ml Organic Sweet Orange Tea
  • 2 teaspoons forest honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or clarified butter
  • 150 ml of coconut milk or cream

Ingredients for the topping:

  • 2 tablespoons of pistachios, chopped
  • fresh mint
