Chai Granola

For the Chai Granola preheat the oven to 160° C hot air. Mix all dry ingredients. If necessary, melt the coconut oil, stir in the honey and refine with the Organic Oriental Chai Syrup. Add this creamy sauce over the oatmeal mixture and stir well. Place the granola on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool and break into pieces

The Granola is suitable as a topping for Smoothie Bowls or can be enjoyed with almond milk, milk or yoghurt. (Recipe by CookingCatrin)

  • 200g oat flakes
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50g pecans
  • 40g millet
  • 80g banana chips
  • 80g coconut oil
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 5tbsp Organic Chai Syrup
