Chia pudding with berry
To make the chia pudding mix coconut milk and fruit Infusion in a jar. Add the chia seeds, put on a lid and shake the mixture. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the chia can soak.
In a pan bring berries, coconut blossom sugar, fruit Infusion and star anise to a heat. After 5 minutes add the chia seeds and let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes. Stir well to prevent the jam from sticking to your pan. Turn down the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
Serve the pudding in 2 glasses with half the berry jam each and a few fresh berries on top. (Recipe by Koch mit Herz)
