Herbal Tea Soup


Cut the spring onions into slices and chop the herbs finely. Heat the olive oil in a pot and steam the onions, put the herbs into it and roast it for a short time. Infuse it with the vegetable soup and put 2 tablespoons herbal infusion into a filter. Give it into the pot and cook it slowly for 15 minutes. Put the filter away and mix the soup very fine. Add the sour cream and mix it once again. Put some milk foam on the top of the soup before serving and refine it with some drops of olive oil and thyme. Tipp: you can cook the walnuts with the soup, which creates a very fine and special taste.

You need:

  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 2tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 30g chive
  • 750ml vegetable soup
  • 2tbsp. Fresh & Fit
  • 2tbsp. sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2-3 Walnuts
  • Milk foam
  • Thyme
