Porridge with Green Tea & Coconut

Put the coconut milk with the loose green tea in a saucepan and heat. When the milk begins to whine, turn off the heat and add coconut flakes, millet flakes, honey, psyllium husks, and the rubbing and juice of an orange. Stir until a thick mass has formed. Garnish with fresh mint and caramelised coconut flakes and enjoy.

Coconut sugar can also be used as an alternative to honey.

Ingredients for 2 portions:

  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 1tblsp. Kashmir Chai Walla
  • 60g coconut flakes
  • 40g millet flakes
  • 1tblsp. honey
  • 1tblsp. psyllium husks
  • 1 orange
  • mint leaves
