Rooibos Curry Chicken

Melt the vegetable stock cube in hot rooibos tea. Cut the onions, garlic, paprika and put it in a hot pan with some oil. Flavour it with curry and ginger powder and put the chicken breast filets into it. Roast it gently. Peel the tomato (alternative you can use tomato in tin), dice it and mix it with the rooibos-soup. Put it into the pan and cook everything 45 minutes with low heat. Then put salt and pepper into it. We advise to eat it with rice or noodles.

For 4 portions:

  • 200ml BIO Rooibos Tea
  • 1 cube vegetable stock
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 tomato
  • Curry- & ginger powder
  • 4 Chickenbreast filets
  • Salt & pepper
