Spring Greens with Green Tea

Wash corn salad, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, apple and orange and dice. Add chopped cilantro leaves and mix all in a salad bowl.

For the dressing mix minced chili, lemon zest, green tea, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Roast pine nuts until golden. Mix dressing and salad and serve topped with pine nuts.

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp Dong Ding
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g pine nuts
