Chai Punsch

Infuse the Indian Chai (black tea with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, pepper) with boiling hot water for 3-4 minutes. Pour the tea into a pot, add the milk and sweeten with honey or sugar if needed. Put the vanilla pod and the cinnamon stick into the mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes. The white rum should always be added just before serving so the flavour doesn’t fade. Decorate with ground cinnamon or nutmeg.

Tip: Serve with milk foam!

For 6 servings you will need:

  • 12g Bio Indian Chai
  • 3/4 L water
  • 0,25L milk
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Sugar/honey
  • White rum
