Chinese Tea Punch

Mix orange juice, rock sugar, cherry brandy, arrak, vanilla and 1 cup of lychee syrup. Let sit until sugar is dissolved. Prepare the Black Tea from the himalaya area from the Second flush and heat with wine and orange peel, then mix in the syrup mixture. Pour into glasses through a strainer.

For 6 servings you need:

  • 6 Tsp Himalaya SF
  • 1 L water
  • 2 bottles white wine (Riesling)
  • 1 wine glass cherry brandy
  • 1 wine glass arrak
  • lychee syrup
  • 2 oranges
  • 200g Rock sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
