Original Chimney Fire Punch
Infuse fruit tea with boiling water for 6-8 minutes, then strain. Sweeten to taste and add juice of 3 oranges and 1 lemon. Add cinnamon stick and cloves and let sit for 10 minutes. Remove spices and add Grand Marnier (adjust to taste with less alcohol but additional orange juice). If necessary add extra sugar.
For finishing touches prepare orange filets. It is very simple: remove orange peel with a sharp knife, making sure to remove all the white skin. Cut out the wedges carefully and put in prepared, preheated glasses. The remainders of the orange can be squeezed for additional juice to the Punch.
