Pineapple Redwine Punch

Cut the pineapple into pieces and blend it until it is a fine puree. Mix the water with the red wine and refine it with the punch spice blend and boil it for a few minutes. Take the spices out of the wine and refine it with sugar.  Put the pineapple puree into glasses and fill it up with the warm (not hot) punch! Tipp: Instead of water you can also use fruit infusion like the Apple Rosemary blend!

For 2 portions you need:

  • 75ml water
  • 400ml fruity red wine
  • 3Tblsp Spice blend
  • 150g Pineapple
  • 3Tblsp sugar
