Rosehip in White Wine

Infuse rose hip with boiling water and let soak until completely cooled. Add lemon peel, cinnamon stick and ground bread and bring to a boil, then cool in the covered pot. Strain through a fine mesh sieve. Add white wine and honey to taste and bring to a boil. Can be enjoyed both hot and cold. Before serving add small pieces of Zwieback.

For 4 servings you need:

  • 6 heaping tbsp Fruit Garden
  • 1/2 L water
  • 1/2 L dry white wine
  • 1 organic lemon
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • 50g hard, ground bread
  • honey
  • wholegrain Zwieback
