Herbs & Lime Ice Tea

Wash and slice the limes. Add Organic Balance herbal blend together with the lime slices, rosemary and thyme to a pot of water and bring to boil. Add coconut blossom sugar. Then simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes and then drain through a sieve. Put the herb iced tea in the refrigerator overnight

Before serving, refine the iced tea with a bit of lime juice and mineral water and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy with ice cubes. Tip: tastes also very good as a cocktail. Just refine with Gin. (Recipe & photo by Lisa Shelton from Koch mit Herz)

  • 2 limes
  • 4 branches rosemary
  • 4 branches thyme
  • 4tblsp. Organic Balance 
  • 30g Kokosblütenzucker
  • 750ml water
  • 2EL lime juice
  • Sparkling Water
  • Optional: 5cl Gin
