Peach Party
Wash, core and peal the peaches. Cut in small cubes and put in freezer. Infuse fruit tea with boiling water for 5 minutes and strain. Season to taste with lemon juice and powdered sugar and chill. Fill iced peach cubes in tall glasses, top with tea and garnish with lemon slices.
For 4 to 6 glasses you need:
- 12 tsp Peach Melba
- 1L water
- 2 peaches
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- lemon slices
