Pineapple-Mango Bowle

Infuse the Black Tea Blend “Exotic Mango” with 100°C hot water for 3-4 minutes and pour it through ice cubes. Peel the pineapple and slice it into pieces. Put the fruit pieces together with sugar into a bowl and mix it with the tea, the red wine and the orange Liquor and put it for a few hours into the fridge. Put White wine and Prosecco to the cold mixture a short time before serving.

Alternative: Instead of fresh pineapple pieces you can use the canned fruits and mix the Juice into the bowl. Then you don’t need to add sugar!

You need:

  • 12g Exotic Mango
  • 3/4l Water
  • 1 bottel white wine
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 1 bottle red wine
  • 10cl Orange Liquor
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 fresh pineapple
