Rooibos Mango Iced Tea

Infuse the Rooibostea with 100°C hot water for 5-8 minutes and pour it over ice cubes. Peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Half the lemon and squeeze it. Put the mango pieces together with tea, mint and some cold water (optional sparkling water) into a jug and refine it with lemon juice. If you like you can sweeten it with honey or agave syrup. Cool it down for some hours in the fridge. Decorate it with a slice of lemon and may some fresh mint leaves and enjoy it on ice. (Rezept by Catrin Neumayer von CookingCatrin und Foto by Carletto Photography)
