Sweet Pear Ice Tea

Infuse the Fruit Blend Apple Rosmary with 400ml 100°C hot water for 5-8 minutes. After it infuse the Green Tea Sweet Pear with 400ml 80°C hot water for 2 minutes. In the meantime cut the apple and the pear into slices and put them with a lot of ice cubes into a jug. Pour the hot teas over it  and mix it with cold unfiltered apple juice. Put fresh rosmary sprigs into glasses and enjoy the ice tea! (Recipe & picture by Lisa Hauser from Koch mit Herz)

  • 1Tbsp. Sweet Pear
  • 1Tbsp. Apple Rosemary
  • 800ml water
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 pear
  • Rosemary sprig
  • 200ml unfiltered apple juice
  • ice cubes
