Apple Punch

Infuse the fruit blend Turkish Apple Tea with 100°C hot water for 10 minutes and cool it down in the fridge over night. Peel apples, remove seeds, cut into bite-sized pieces, mix with the honey and put in a cold place. After about 1 hour pour over the apple pieces with the white rum and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Before serving, the white wine is mixed with sparkling wine, tea and pickled applest.

Ingredients for 10-14 portions:

  • 15g Turkish appel tea
  • 1L water
  • 2 bottles white wine
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 1/8L white rum
  • 100g honey
  • 8 apples
