English Peppermint Punch

Infuse the peppermint with 100°C hot water for 5-8 minutes. Mix the hot tea with the whiskey and the white wine and freeze it. Shortly before serving, refine the bowle with the sparkling wine or prosecco. Decorate the glasses with fresh peppermint leaves and serve it on ice.

Ingredients for 8-10 portions:

  • 10g Peppermint
  • 1/2L water
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 10cl Whisky
  • ice cubes
  • peppermint leaves
