Raspberry Dream Punch

Infuse the fruit infusion “Raspberry Dream” with 100°C hot water for 15 minutes and pour it over ice cubes. Cut the fruits in small pieces and put it into a big punch pot. Mix it with the liqueur and the tea and if needed put some sugar (or alternative agave syrup) into it.  Put it for some time into the fridge. Before you serve it mix it with cold sparkling wine.

For 4 to 6 glasses you need:

  • 10g Rraspberry Dream
  • 1/2L water
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 1/4L raspberry liqueur
  • 400g raspberries
  • 400g strawberries
  • ice cubes
