Rooibos Fruit Punch

Infuse the refreshing Rooibos “Organic Rooibos Capetown” (blend with apple pieces, lemongrass, lemon peels) with 100°C hot water for 5-10 minutes and put it into the fridge. Wash, peel, cut the fruits into pieces – suitable are strawberries, peaches, oranges, pineapples, raspberries. Pour over 1/2 bottle of white wine and mix it with the tea. If you like you can sweeten it with sugar or agave syrup. Put the punch in the fridge for some hours.  Then refine it with some lemon juice and shortly before serving mix it with the rest of the white wine and cold sparkling wine.

  • 15g Rooibos Capetown
  • 1l water
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine
  • 1kg fresh fruits
  • 2 lemons
  • sugar
