Rooibos Vanilla Latte
Brew the rooibos with 100°C hot water for 5-8 minutes. Mix it with 200ml warm, foamed milk. To sweeten it with sugar (alternative with honey or agave syrup) to taste and enjoy!
Alternative: instead of the blend Rooibos Vanilla you can also use Rooibos Advocaat, which is a seasonal variety and only available from February until April!
Iced alternative: infuse the rooibos tea also with hot water and put it into the refridgerator. Then mix it with ice cold milk. Or make a smoothie with ice cubes or crushed ice and put all together into the blender and mix it.
For 1 big portion (0,4l):
- 2tp Rooibos Vanilla
- 200ml milk
- 200ml water
- Sugar to taste
