Moscow Tea-Mule

 

Infuse 1 teaspoon Black Tea Peppermint Lime with 200ml 100°C hot water for 3-4 minutes. Cool down the tea in the fridge. Cut the lemons and orange in two and squeeze 3 lemon halfs and one orange half. Cut the other citrus fruits into slices. Prepare crushed ice by chopping 4-5 ice cubes in a freezer bag with a meat tenderizer.

Mix wodka, ginger beer, lemon and orange juice and the tea together and put it into two copper mugs. Refine it with fresh lemon balm and decorate it with lemon and orange slices or fresh mint.   • 3g Peppermint Lime
  • 200ml water
  •  300ml ginger beer
  • 100ml wodka
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 orange
  • lemon balm
  • ice cubes
