New Year’s Punch with Prosecco

Put the Rosé Wine together with the lemon juice, the sugar, the fruit blend Organic Pomegranate-Mint Paradise and the rosemary into a pot and heat up slowly. After 5 or 6 minutes strain the tea blend and cool down the flavoured wine mixture. Mix the wine with prosecco or champagne in the proportion 1:4 and fill it into glasses. Decorate it with lemon slices and serve it hot or on ice! (Recipe by Catrin Neumayer from CookingCatrin, picture by Carletto Photography)

Tipp: You can also refine the Cocktail with Pomegranate Juice or fresh Pomegranate pieces.

 

Ingredients for 6 portions:

  • 10g Pomegranate blend
  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 450ml Rosé Wine
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 4tbsp. sugar
