Orange Liqueur with Black Tea

Peel the ginger and finely grate. Wash the organic oranges hot and cut it into small pieces. Put the ginger with the oranges and vanilla mark in a saucepan. Boil the black tea blend Organic Sweet Orange in the water with the sugar for five to eight minutes. Add the oranges and allow to cool. Add the clear liquor and store the mixture in a cool and dark place for six to eight weeks. Ingredients for 1 liter:

  • 500ml water
  • 3 organic oranges
  • 1teasp. ginger
  • 1 vanilla pot
  • 300g sugar
  • 2tbsp. Sweet Orange
  • 750ml schnapps
