Peach Melba Whiskey

Infuse the fruit blend Peach Melba with 100°C hot water for 5-8 minutes. Press the half lemon. Put crushed ice or ice cubes in a shaker, add bourbon, lemon- and peach juice and add the tea. Shake well and pour into a glass. Garnish with fresh or frozen peach slices. Decorate with a mint leaf.

  • 4cl Whiskey
  • 50ml peach juice
  • 100ml water
  • 6g Peach Melba
  • 1/2 lemon
  • peach slices
  • Crushed Ice
