Chia Matcha Pudding

Put the Organic Matcha Powder into a bowl, infuse it with a few hot water and beat it with a bamboo until foamy. Just 1 or 2 fingerbreath are enough. The water is just to avoid any clots. Mix it with the Rice-coconut milk and refine it with vanilla and Agave syrup. Put the chia seeds into the coco-matcha mixture and let it swell over night. Decorate it with fresh blueberries and raspberries.

For 2 portions you need:

  • 1/2-1tbsp Organic Matcha
  • 400ml Rice-coconut-milk
  • 1/2 Cup raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup blueberries
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 5 EL Chia seeds
  • Agave syrup
