Matcha Eiscreme

Infuse the Organic Matcha Powder with a bit hot water (80°C) – fill the cup with around 2cm of water – and mix it with the whisk until foam. Sweeten it with honey and refine it with the lemon juice, coconut yogurt and coconut milk. Scrape out the vanilla pot and put it into it. Fill the Matcha-Coconut-mixture into a bowl and put it into the freezer. Stir it every half hour, to prevent the formation of ice crystals. Repeat it until the mixture is completely frozen. The ice should freeze minimum for 12 hours.

Decorate the ice with matcha powder and coconut flakes.

WIf you like it more sweet, you can add sugar or agave syrup additional to the honey. If you put more honey into it, then the taste will be to dominant. If you use the variety Organic Matcha ready mix, which is already mixed with coconut blossom sugar, do not add too much of other sweeteners!

  • 2tsp Organic Matcha
  • A bit of water
  • 2tsp honey
  • 1/4 lemon
  • coconut flakes
  • 2 coconut yogurts
  • 1/2 tin coconut milk
  • 1 Vanilla pot
