Matcha-Lime Cake

Beat the butter with sugar until it gets fluffy. Put one egg after another into it and stir it around one Minute. Put the flour, the corn starch, the baking powder and the salt together and stir it into the mixture. Dissolve the Matcha powder in milk and put it together with the lime peel into the paste. Place the mixture into a buttered dish and bake it for 30 minutes with 150°C.

You need:

  • 250g Butter
  • 5 Eggs
  • 175g Flour
  • 75g Cornstarch
  • 2tbsp Baking powder
  • 70ml Milk
  • 150g Sugar
  • Peel of 3 limes
  • 4tsp Matcha
  • 1 Salt
