Matcha Tiramisu

Matcha Tiramisu Rezept

Preparation of the Sponge Cake:

Heat up the oven for 175°C circulating air. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with sugar until fluffy. Stir in the egg yolk carefully and refine it with Matcha powder. Spread about 1cm thick mass on the half of the baking sheet and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes. Take it out of the oven and cut out rings of the dough with a glass.

Preparation of the cream:

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the vanilla sugar and the sugar until fluffy. Mix together the egg yolk with the mascarpone cream and the advocaat. Then stir in the beaten egg white.

Mix the milk with the Matcha tea. Put the rings of dough into glasses and sprinkle some of the milk-matcha-mixture on them. Put now the dough rings alternating with the cream into the glasses.   • 100g Flour
  • 1,5tsp. Organic Matcha
  • 125g fresh raspberries

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 400g Mascarpone
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2pkg. Vanilla Sugar
  • 4tbsp. Sugar
  • 30ml Advocaat
  • 1tsp Organic Matcha
  • 175ml Milk
