Hot Chocolate on a stick

Cut the chocolate into fine pieces and melt it together with the coconut blossom sugar and the Caramello Black Tea over a water bath. Add the cocoa powder to the soft chocolate. Fill the liquid chocolate mixture in 4 silicone molds and cool it down. If it is a little hard, put the wooden sticks into the middle of the chocolate. Decorate the surface of the cubes with the remaining tea. Put the molds in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours until it is completely hard.

The chocolate-stick is the perfect DIY gift and looks beautiful.

Tip to enjoy: heat 200ml of milk. Infuse 3-4g Caramello Tea with 200ml 100°C hot water for 3 minutes. Mix the warm milk with the hot tea and put the chocolate stick into it. Stir the stick as long as the chocolate is completely melted and enjoy. (Recipe & photo by Lisa Shelton from Koch mit Herz)
