Moroccan Green Tea Sorbet

Infuse 5 tsp Organic Gunpowder with 1l of 80°C hot water for 2 minutes. Strain and pour over ice cubes. Add mint leaves and juice of 2 oranges and 4 lemons and sweeten to taste. Allow to infuse for 1/2 hour. Then fill in a bowl and put in the freezer for about 6 hours. Stir vigorously every 2 hours to avoid ice crystals that are too large. Decorate the finished sorbet with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.

Tip: Put a scoop of sorbet in a wine glass and top up with a little bit of sparkling wine! Tastes very refreshing and is the eye-catcher at the next summer party!
