Yoghurt cream with pineapple & Green Tea

To prepare the cream, mix together the ingredients and stir with a whisk until smooth. For the pineapple glaze, you have to peel the pineapple and cut into pieces. Put them together with honey and the green tea leaves, which are refined with pineapple pieces and ginger-pineapple-flavours, into a cup and puree. Fill the cream into two glasses and refine it with the pineapple glaze. Decorate it with some green tea leaves and fresh mint leaves. (Recipe and photo by Lisa Shelton from www.kochmitherz.com)
