Passion Pastries

Thaw puff pastry, brush with milk and dust with caster sugar. Fold to the middle lengthswise. For smaller “passions” fold a second time. Cut into 1cm thick slices, put on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake at 210°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
