The DEMMERS TEEHAUS teaware has been designed by the Viennese studio POLKA design and is produced from very light and delicate procelain that is still shatterproof due to its high magnesium content. This cup is ideal for longer tea moments, perfect for loose tea in paper filter. Cleaning tip: all teaware eventually develops a "patina". Many tea enthusiasts appreciate the patina in their teapot and try to retain it. If you want your teaware to stay white as long as possible we recommend avoiding washing it in the dishwasher with dried tea stains on the surface. Prewash the tea stains first. A light patina can easily be cleaned with citric acid.
